Deleting your data

AutoCiv has no accounts and no log-in, so there is nothing tied to your name. What exists is tied to your device, and you can get rid of it in two ways.

Yourself, straight away

• Mobile: delete the app. Everything it stored on the device goes with it.
• Web: clear the site data for autociv.paulsergy.com in your browser settings.
• To stop future measurement, reset or delete the advertising identifier in your system settings (Android), or decline tracking when the game asks (iOS).

Through us

To have the data held by our analytics providers deleted as well, write to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my data” and tell us:

1. which platform you played on — Android, iOS, or the web;
2. your advertising identifier, if you can still read it in system settings, or the approximate date and time you last played.

We forward the request to GameAnalytics, Adjust and Meta, and confirm by email when it is done. This normally takes up to 30 days.
